Yes! All plans allow you to edit your website. You can choose to manage updates yourself or opt for a Website Maintenance Plan where we handle everything for you.
If your project requires more than what’s included in the subscription plans, we offer Custom Web Design Services. Contact us for a personalized quote.
There is no long-term contract—you can cancel anytime. However, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable, and websites are hosted under our managed system unless transferred.
Our Web Design Plans are fixed, meaning you cannot upgrade or downgrade. However, you can enhance your website with our Website Add-Ons or additional services, such as AI & Automation, Forms & Integrations, or a Website Maintenance Plan for ongoing updates and support. Contact us to explore the best options for your business needs.
If you cancel your subscription, you have two options:
Buyout Plan – You can purchase your website through our buyout plan (as outlined in the Subscription Agreement) to transfer it to another hosting provider. This ensures you retain full ownership and control of your site.
Site Suspension & Deletion – If you do not choose the buyout plan, your website will be suspended for up to 6 months. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription or opt for the Buyout Plan. After 6 months, the website will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Certainly! To transfer domains to 1MindDesign, visit the Domains page in your client portal and follow the prompts. For transferring away, our support team can assist with the required Auth/Transfer Code.
Refunds are unavailable for domain-related payments due to circumstances out of our control.
